We are seeking Technical Support Agent!

The ideal Agent is a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, is incredibly resourceful, and possesses a degree of technical knowledge. We are seeking a positive person with a solutions-based mindset. This position requires a high level of patience, empathy, and an ability to communicate clearly in plain language as you will need to assist non-tech savvy users as well as non-native English speakers. Likewise, most of your communication with your colleagues and customers will take place over Slack and the support service desk, so excellent written communication is essential.

Core Duties/Responsibilities:

● - Tech Support for Web Applications development by MigrationPro
● - Respond to a high volume of support tickets in a timely manner
● - Communicate well with customers to understand the root problem and create an action plan to resolve
● - Communicate internally with other techs agents to help resolve issues
● - Investigate and explore user complaints, working to reproduce and identify bugs
● - Conduct live testing and troubleshooting when necessary
● - Write clear bug reports in task management software
● - Track bugs from the initial report through resolution, be sure to follow up with the user to complete the feedback loop
● - Have a professional, cheerful, and helpful demeanor to patiently explain troubleshooting and issues to potentially frustrated users


● - Good writing and reading communication skills (English)
● - Ability to learn new technical concepts quickly
● - Excellent customer interaction skills
● - Strong organizational and multitasking skills
● - Ability to problem-solve
● - Ability to follow written instructions
● - Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
● - Ability to work in a very structured environment with scheduled break and meal periods
● - Must be comfortable navigating between multiple support tickets
● - Experience using (and access to) Web Development tools (HTTP, FTP, CMS, cPanel)
● - 1+ Experience Backend Web Development (PHP, MySQL, OOP, MVC)
● - Better to know one of e-commerce structures (PrestaShop, WooCommmerce, Magento or OpenCart)
