Position: Procurement specialist
Salary: 1000 -1200AZN

Responsibilities:

∙ International and Local Supply Chain Management
∙ Receives and reviews all procurement requests for completeness and identification of services/commodities required and established requirements.
∙ Ensures the accurate completion of all procurement requests to include the proper documentation of materials and cost expenditures.
∙ Preparation Supply contracts/modification/termination with obtaining specific contract documents/certificates
∙ Monitors all outstanding purchase orders and requisitions to ensure fulfillment or cancellation without loss of funds.
∙ Organizing order logistics and obtaining customs clearance documentations from suppliers.
∙ Monitoring collection, shipment and delivery of goods.
∙ Maintains required administrative files and records pertaining procurement.
∙ Investigates potential suppliers to determine if they meet the specified requirements
∙ Carries on a close continuing relationship with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to remain current and keep abreast of market conditions, pricing, and availability as well as resolving procurement problems.
∙ Analyzes and resolves any of a wide variety of problems encountered through coordination with suppliers/requesting office/shipping office/receiving office and payment office.
∙ Preparation of different daily reports in ERP System on suppliers

Qualifications:

∙ A bachelor's degree or higher.
∙ Relative experience up to 2 years
∙ Knowledge of tracking, planning and scheduling,
∙ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), knowledge of 1C/SAP/Oracle/any application (procurement module) is an advantage
∙ Understanding of contract terminology, competitive bids, purchase orders, and vendor relationship management
∙ Language skills: Azerbaijani (fluent), English (fluent), Russian (fluent).
∙ Personal skills: Attentive to details, Negotiation skills, Team worker, Analytical mind
∙ Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
∙ Ability to work well with a team
∙ Meeting Deadlines
∙ Able to work and thrive in a high-stress and fast-paced environment

Working schedule:

- Monday- Friday: 9:00 - 18:00
- Saturday: 9.00. – 14.00
