DEFSCOPE is looking for a Corporate Sales Intern who is open to progress his/her skills using the opportunities provided by us to live our values and hit the main targets.

• Working closely with the Manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.
• Conduct surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, potential leads, and sales opportunities
• Present real world business recommendations to senior leadership that can help drive our strategy
• Work collaboratively with Sales management to produce a sales presentation using marketing and industry insights
• Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions
• Liaising with clients, distributors, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company's managers
• Updating documents and sales records
• Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
• Reviewing sales performance against sales targets
• Observing and carrying out sales processes
• Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions
• Assisting managers with negotiations
• Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to the management team


• Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or similar field (MBA degree is preffered).
• Extensive knowledge or experience in B2B sales process
• General knowledge of MS Office programs
• Ability to work with CRM tools or open to learn
• Minimum intermediate oral and written communication skills in English (Russian is preferred)
• Ability to cope with rejection
• Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments
• A professional appearance
• Proven research, data gathering and analytical skills
• Committed to meeting and exceeding client needs
• Ability to work independently and interdependently within a team environment
• Adept at managing multiple projects and completing deliverables on schedule
