• Working with INCOTERM 2010;
• Providing and monitoring all quotations for clients;
• Placing orders, order tracking, order follow up (assuring orders received complete without shortage, overage or damage);
• Controlling movement and delivery of the goods, negotiating with suppliers;
• Managing local and international purchasing, establishing a procurement system for effective cost control;
• Leading negotiations with foreign and local suppliers, preparing purchase contracts;
• Issuing shipping documents, organizing and controlling of freight in export and import operations;
• Coordinating with shipping companies;
• Writing off goods from stock, preparing delivery notes and coordinating of delivery.


• Bachelor’s Degree;
• Knowledge of Azeri, Russian and English languages;
• Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.);
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
