TWI in Azerbaijan is providing Inspection and NDT Services (3rd party Inspection), Consultancy services of Material, Corrosion Engineering, Research and Consultancy, Failure investigation, Structural Integrity assessment, Welding Engineering, Engineering Facilities (Procurement) WPS & PQR, WQT and international training & Certification (


• Organize and implement all accounting activities with the minimum time and maximum cost effectiveness, ensure they are in line with local legislation and Company’s Policies and Procedures. Oversee daily operation of accounting staff and monitor record keeping procedures for accuracy.
• Implementation and supervision of all bank and cash transactions of the Company. Ensuring that the books of accounts, bank and cash reconciliation reports are compiled every end of the month.
• Evaluates receipts, expenditure forms, purchase orders for the purpose of ensuring compliance with established Company policies and regulatory standards.
• Preparation of monthly payroll, carry out salary payment to employees, supervision all necessary income tax and various fund payments.
• Supervision of submission of monthly, quarterly and annual reports to Local Tax Authorities, Social Protection Fund.
• Preparation of monthly management reports. Continuously analyze the current financial and cash position of the company, provide the Management with necessary reports and propose recommendations when required.
• Planning, management coordination and implementation the year-end closing processes and procedures for the accounting records. Conducting of standard internal audits of various accounting records.
• Development, implementation and supervision of Company Inventories and Fixed Assets.
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Preparation and continuous control over the Company’s budget. Monitoring of monthly operating results against the budget. Monitoring and approval of expenditures throughout the budgetary period. Provide monthly budget reports to the management and budget holders.
• Serving as a primary legislative liaison relative to company accounting issues. Act as a first point of contact for the auditors to provide requested information and ensure all questions can be answered efficiently.
• Preparation a variety of reports and related information for decision-making purposes.
• Provision of accounting support and interpretation to management and Company Employees.


• For Azerbaijani National Only;
• Minimum of 7 years in the mentioned position;
• High education in Accounting & Finance.
• Knowledge of best tax and accounting practices;
• Azerbaijani and English language skills are mandatory;
• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English, Russian and Azeri languages;
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills;
• Excellent oral and written communications.
