Job Description

Position: HR Coordinator / Payroll accountant
Report to: Managing Director

Responsibilities:

• Prepare employment contracts, job description, termination orders, warning orders and etc.
• Online registration of labor agreements, signing, changes and termination
• Accurately administer personnel files:
• Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
• Control the proper substitution, replacement of staff (leaving the company, going for vacation, temporary replacement)
• Reconcile with line manager and submit the minimum and advanced training requirements for every position
• Arrange the provision of internal and external training providers
• Prepare and update training matrix and scheduling of trainings regularly
• Ensure the filing of training certificates/rosters and course descriptions are in place
• Input the Weekly Timesheets into 1C program
• Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
• Liaison with Medical Insurance Provider and Clinics
• Organize pre-employment medical examination
• Keep the track of absenteeism, provide necessary control
• Obtain/extension Work/ residency permits, visas for expat staff
• Prepare quarterly reports to be submitted to Employment Fund
• Salary calculation
• Salary cards renewal for personnel
• Advertise staff vacancies, interview potential candidates, provide reemployment check-up and induction
• Other HR related responsibilities required by management

Qualifications:

• Relevant work experience (3-5 years)
• Relevant University degree
• Excellent languages skills in: English (Upper intermediate), Azeri, Russian
• Computer skills
• Relevant HR Trainings
• Interpersonal skills & team member
• Good planning, organisational, analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
