We are currently looking for young, dynamic, self-motivated Front Office professionals who want to move their careers forward.

Main responsibilities:

• Handle guest check-ins efficiently and in a professional manner, having a thorough knowledge of the Guest Services Standard Operational Procedures, Park Inn by Radisson Baku Brand Standard processes and all registration requirements.
• Handle guest checkouts efficiently and in a professional manner, having a thorough knowledge of all checkout procedures (including express checkout).
• Be able to perform the duties of a room’s controller and allocate rooms accordingly to requests and availability. Assist leadership in the management of the room inventory during the day.
• Work flexible hours on a shift basis, including night shift, in accordance with the departmental rota.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of room types, room product & locations within the hotel. Develop a thorough knowledge of the hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services and the hours of operations.
• Handles guest messages & wake up calls in accordance with LSOPs.
• Protect guest and associate security by never revealing any personal information, room numbers, addresses, telephone numbers etc. unless authorized by a manager.
• Handle any guest problems or complaints in a professional and hospitable manner.
• Ensure the cleanliness and neatness of the Front Desk and all office areas.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and wear proper uniform at all times (incl. Name badge). Adhere to the hotel’s grooming standards.
• Manage all VIP preparation, arrival in house and departure processes as required by operational LSOP’s
• Process daily guest amenity requirements as required by operational LSOP’s
• Complete all duties on required check-lists within Guest Services department.
• Complete all duties listed on the Night Guest Service Agent checklist.
• Have knowledge of all current hotel rates, packages, discounts and vouchers.
• Adhere to the hotel credit policies and cash handling procedures at all times


• High school diploma
• Certificate or diploma in hospitality advantageous
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Russian.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Conflict resolution experience and ability.
• Patience and good listening skills.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS is advantage.
