Office Manager

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mails to employees and handling outgoing mails. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates. To be a successful hire, a candidate will need to have prior experience in office administration. It is also important to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. A bachelor's degree is required.


- Overseeing general office operation.
- Greeting visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
- Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting documents.
- Creating presentations and other management-level reports.


- A bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Office management experience.
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani (required), Russian (required), English (preferred).
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Work conditions:

- Work from 9 am till 5 pm.
- Friendly and young environment.
- Location: Demirchi Tower
- 400 AZN (net) for the beginning.
