Job Purpose As a first point of contact for the company, principally responsible to provide information and welcome visitors and callers and ensuring that internal and external contacts are responded promptly and professionally.

Key Accountabilities

- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
- Ensure that all messages for colleagues via telephone, email and in person are properly forwarded
- Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- Manage the incoming and outgoing mail and couriers. Responsible in the booking of couriers and ensure that the outgoing mails reach their destination successfully.
- Ensure that the reception area is tidy and welcoming, and information within the reception is up to date.
- Transmit information or documents to customers or employees based out of other locations using couriers or internal mail transfer.
- Process and prepare memos, correspondence, travel vouchers, or other documents.
- Assign meeting rooms for corporate office staff and visitors as per request
- Provide information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
- Perform administrative support to the office administrator
- To maintain the file of stationery requisition forms, update stock records monthly.
- To maintain a record of document transmittal in a chronological order.
- Communication and Working Relationships
- Interacts with all POML departments and office Visitors

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role
• Good English, Azeri and Russian.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Good communication
• Good organizational skills
