Position to report: Project Contracts Lead
Contract Duration: 1.5 years

JOCAP Joint Operating Company is managing the EPS phase through an EPCI contract with BOS Shelf for Receiving Facilities and Tie-ins, and Technical Services agreements with TOTAL Energies, who is conducting on its behalf both Drilling operations and Subsea package.
Absheron development reference agreements are PSA, JOA and addendums.


- Provide support to Project Contracts Lead with administration and management of Project Contracts up to close-out phase, including administration of post award matters; monitor utilization of contract values, changes, amendment and contract claims, contract extension or renewal, monitor close-out process/orders (on paper and on ERP system).
- Provide support to Project Management Team with regard to interpretation of Contract terms, Contractor deliverables, etc.
- Provide support to Project Controls Team with monthly validation of EPCI Contractor’s applications for payment.
- Work with Project Cost Controller to improve Contractors and Vendors spent control processes.
- Review and monitor Contractor(s) spent under the Contract(s).
- Verify Customs clearance letters issued by Contractor for Project Goods and track shipments against annual import list.
- Draft, administer and control of Project Contracts correspondence to/from Contractors.
- If required, benchmark against market prices Contractor proposed rates and prices for changes.
- Support Project Contracts Lead with development of Contracts Management Procedures and practices.
- Maintain register of Partners approved threshold values for Project contracts and monitor spend.

- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in oil & gas industry plus a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in contracts in the oil and gas industry;
- Sound knowledge of contractual terms & conditions;
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, business administration, or law;
- Advanced analytical skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Advanced presentation skills;
