POSITION TITLE: Key Account Manager/Sales
REPORTS TO: Commercial Manager
GENERAL PURPOSE: Working, communicating with customers

Key Responsibilities:

Internaional consulting & training company is looking for key account manager for it’s office in Azerbaijan.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

- Implement company sales strategy by keeping, developing existing customers and acquiring new customers. Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
- Coordinate the work with current accounts, keep smoothly running operations
- Prepare for the visit/negotiation (company’s specialty, possible contacts, Develor’s products), build network by seeking further connections, and hold negotiation
- Gather information during negotiation, assess client’s needs, and introduce Develor’s products and the possible solutions to the problem arisen.
- In case of a proposal, upon customer’s request, present the proposal or hold further negotiations, and involve the representative of other organizational units (trainer, consultant, coach)
- Plan the strategy regarding customers with the aim of developing the customer, and if necessary, involve other professional areas as well.
- Prepare a forecast on the basis of potentials explored in the customer.
- Keep regular contact with existing customers (inform them about Develor events, seek negotiation situations, gather information about the customer)
- Initiate a negotiation with the client where assess needs and introduce new products of Develor or propose solutions.
- Meeting clients, generating leads, closing deals
- Working over achieving monthly,quarterly, and yearly sales plan


- Graduate university degree.
- At least 2-years sales is an advantage;
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must, good command of Russian needed;
- Confident and highly self-motivated;
- A good personality, professional conduct, articulate, good communication skills and a quick learner;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced work environment;
- Ability to problem-solve and excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively with team members;
- Strong leadership skills, result-oriented;
- Age 26-35
