QHSSE Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliance where appropriate with the Company’s Policies and Procedures in accordance with the requirements of Quality Standard ISO 9001:2015, Occupational Health & Safety Standard OHSAS 18001:2007, the ISM Code 2010 and Environmental Standard ISO 14001:2015;
• Carry out regular site inspections to ensure that data management and reporting requirements are fully understood and properly followed by company personnel
• Produces monthly QHSSE Summary Report to generate QHSSE performance trends and communicates the report within the Company
• Provides regular updates on implementation of Management Site Inspection Visits, Internal & External Audit and other schedules as per requirements.
• To register TRA’s, distribution and update review section.
• Documents the minutes of departmental meetings, management system review meetings, etc.
• Assists with preparation, filing and distribution of internal / external Safety Alerts and Newsflashes
• Prepares presentation packs as required by QHSE department.
• Adheres to Company policies, procedures, guidelines and work requirements (incl. Code of Conduct).
• Supports (when required) the Document Controller to ensure successful implementation of Company’s Data Management and Document Control procedure across all levels of organization
• Provides ad-hoc translation services
• Maintain/log incidents, accidents, near misses, good catches
• To organize IMCA internal meetings

Skills & qualifications:

• University/College degree or diploma
• Highly responsible and able to handle confidential information
• Highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• A Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Salary range is between 1400-1600 AZN Net.
• Contract period one year with further extension.
• Work schedule would typically be 5 working days (Monday-Friday) and 2 days off (Saturday-Sunday) with one hour for lunch break.
