Bureau Veritas Azerbaijan is now looking for Secretary.

Main Duties:

• Prepare and manage correspondence , reports and documents
• Perform general clerical duties: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements.
• Arrange and confirm appointments
• Business correspondence , formatting reports and proposals, time sheet entry ( when required)
• Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
• Travel and hotel booking
• Comply at all times with all applicable legal reuirements,HSE policies and procedures, Client’s HSE procedures and practices


• Bachelor degree
• Office Management and secretarial skills
• MSOffice suite knowledge
• 3 years’ experience
