STP Group of Companies / “ASSAN-STP PANEL” LLC announces a vacancy of Sales Team Leader.

Our company operates in the market since 2012 and is the first and largest Techno-park in the region. STP combines many Business Units with different profiles and Joint Ventures, occupies a worthy place in the local and world market with its products produced under the brand “Made in Azerbaijan”.

We invite candidates who are confident, professional and eager to grow to join our team.

The appropriate candidate for us should have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Foreign Trade or equivalent.
- Having at least 3-5 years of experience in import and export sales.
- Preferably experienced in the sandwich panel or construction materials sector.
- Knowing general sales techniques, commercial law legislation, sales-marketing strategies, and sales management.
- Excellent interpersonal, persuasion and problem-solving skills.
- Good level of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel and having a valid driving license.
- Fluent in English.

Key Accountabilities:

- Checking the suitability of the customer’s order, providing a written response as soon as possible and introducing the order to the system correctly.
- Confirming the order and sending the sales contract to the customer once the order is finalized by the Production Planning department.
- Checking if the production of the order is being made under the conditions confirmed to the customer.
- Informing the customer about the status of the order during the production process.
- Analyzing the orders that are ready and organizing their shipment.
- Checking if the delivery of the order is made under the confirmed condition and time, contributing to the solution in case of problems.
- Tracking the collection of the order’s cost.
- Preparing periodic reports regarding delivery and order status, payment performances and customer complaints.
- Establishing new customers and distribution channels in domestic and international market and developing the existing portfolio.
- Paying attention to customer requests, suggestions and complaints in order to ensure customer satisfaction and determining actions accordingly.

Additional information:

- Lunch and transportation will be provided by the company;
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00;
- The place of work is located in Sumgayit city, HZ Tagiyev settlement.
