Contracting Data Entry Executive

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Contracts & Promotions
• Updating the contracts and promotion in timely manner (updated on same day when received).
• Maintaining the Contract copies for uploading.
• Sales approval (Re-checking) of contracts and promotions.
• Replying all the emails to the Voyage monitoring team once the updates are completed.
• Updating Master monitoring sheet with Daily task completion
• Reporting daily number of updates (Contracts, Promotions, updates) to the superiors.
• Attending weekly monthly performance review with superiors and execute the action plan accordingly.
• Support Operations / Reservations department with resolving complaints, administrative issues related to rates and terms and conditions of contracts etc.

Master Management & Inventory Management
• Managing the free sale and allocation with release periods in timely manner (updated on same day when received).
• Managing the masters of Hotels/Supplier and customer data with the approval of the Superiors.
• Updating the Hotel sales, Hotel Profile data & Reservations contact details with the approval of the Superiors.
• Updating Master monitoring sheet with Daily task completion
• Reporting daily number of updates (Allocation, Free sale, Stop Sale updates) in system to the superiors.
• Support Operations / Reservations department with resolving complaints, administrative issues related to Availability (Free Sale, Allocation & Stop Sale) in the system.

Working conditions:

- Salary 650 AZN
- Working hours 40 hours per week
- Working days/week 6
