Training Administrator

We are looking for the Training Administrator to support our Training Department. It is the entry level job position.

The Administrator is fully responsible for the organizing, ordering and tracking of all training courses organized in the Company.
Our ideal candidate has experience in Training and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
The Administrator communicates with the vendors, registers candidates to trainings, provides training details to customers, supports and implements any amendments to course materials and confirmation letters, terms and conditions etc.
The Training Administrator informs about the results, deals with the feedbacks provided by participants and follows the feedbacks with the vendors as potential improvements are implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Checking training availability at Training Calendar regularly;
• Managing training schedules, records;
• Providing training details to customers;
• Cooperating with external vendors;
• Ensuring that any relevant processes are always documented and up to date;
• Carrying out all secretarial tasks and all registration issues as required.

Key Skills:

• Communication Skills;
• Ability to work under the pressure;
• Time Management Skills.


• Bachelor/Master Degree;
• 1-3 years’ experience in Training operations;
• Fluent written and spoken in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
• Excellent computer skills;
• Accuracy and attention to details.
