Position – Office Manager/ Receptionist


• Coordinate all Administrative tasks for the office
• Assisting and providing support to Country Manager
• Ensure compliance of all administrative procedures and systems with requirement of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001, Azerbaijan
• Answer phone calls, take/distribute messages accordingly
• Main the reception, receive and assist guests
• Organize hotel and travel bookings, and provide summary report
• Prepare documents required for entry visa application for various countries
• Tourist visa application through travel agency
• Documents dispatch via courier or post office, and update dispatch log
• Distribute, mails/documents received via courier
• Inventory/replenish of office supplies
• Maintain and update admin files
• Other job related to Admin Dept.

Requirements include:

• Education – Bachelor (completed or ongoing)
• Employment Status – unemployed
• Languages – Azerbaijan, English, Russian
• Living Location – Baku City limits
• Salary (net) – AZN 500.00
• Working Days – Monday to Friday
• Working Hours – 09:00 to 18:00
