The following vacancy is available within the USAID-funded Social Engagement Support (SES) activity implemented by East-West Management Institute. Required qualifications:

• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in the field of economic growth/development, SME development, public-private partnerships, social entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility programs or other comparable sectors;
• At least three years of progressively responsible experience in project management in complex environments, engaging with multiple stakeholders in public and/or private sector;
• Demonstrated experience incorporating a gender and youth lens in programming;
• Demonstrated experience in developing partnerships in private, public and non-profit sector, ability to engage at senior level and build trust-based relationships;
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Azerbaijani proficiency (oral and written)
• English proficiency (oral and written)

Desired qualifications:

• Advanced degree in economics, business, international relations, social science, political science, or other related field.
